Born in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. He is a native of this Town. Studied art at the Maximilien de Meuron academy in Neuchâtel (art high school) and at the art school in La Chaux-de-Fonds NE. Pupil, apprentice and associate of graphic designer and decorator Abel Rejchland (1938-2009).
Established his own decoration and graphic design studio in January 1987. Focused solely on graphic design in the 1990s, founding prismecommunication.ch
Lives and works in Colombier NE in the canton of Neuchâtel. Has been practising photography since the 1980s for various commissions and as part of his own projects.

His work consists of contemplating and capturing the world around him to transform these fleeting moments into timeless ‘works of art’. His use of software such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Luminar Neo and Affinity provides him with a range of tools that allow him to create according to the material available.
«Contemplate, observe, seize the moment, freeze it.
Then, depending on the technique chosen, sublimate it to let it fly towards other eyes, other glances, other picture rails.
My work essentially consists of capturing the world around me, capturing the moment, wherever it may be.
The camera is the tool that allows me to stop time and give myself material that I can reinterpret according to my moods, using certain techniques».
